Why we love it
The 58mm version of the Normcore puck screen, for machines with a standard commercial-size portafilter like the Gaggia Classic Pro and the Rancilio Silvia. It sits on top of the tamped coffee so the water spreads before it reaches the puck and the shower screen stays clean. It's 0.8mm thick 316 stainless steel with 0.18mm perforations, and it rinses clean after each shot. Dose a little lower if the basket is already full, because the screen takes some headroom.
