Why we love it
One button, three results: press once for hot, hold two seconds for cold froth. The cold setting is the reason to pick this one — cold foam for iced drinks is something most heated frothers cannot do at all, and it is what an iced latte actually needs. It stops at 160–170°F, which is the range where milk is sweetest before the proteins start tasting cooked, and the non-stick interior rinses rather than scrubs.
Pros
- Hot foam, hot milk and cold froth from one button
- Cold froth for iced drinks, which most heated frothers can't make
- Stops at 160–170°F — hot enough, short of cooked
- Non-stick interior wipes clean
- Slim base, and it shuts itself off
Cons
- Nespresso states cow’s milk works best and makes no promises about oat or almond
- Holds 4.1 oz of froth — one drink at a time
- Not dishwasher safe
- No temperature adjustment, just the one setting
