Why we love it
Most coffee canisters keep air out. The Atmos takes it out: twist the lid back and forth and it pumps air from inside, so the beans sit in a partial vacuum instead of a jar of stale air. Fellow says an unopened canister keeps its seal for around a week between brews. The body is food-safe 304 (18/8) stainless steel with a silicone seal ring, and it washes by hand. The 1.2L size holds 16oz of beans, so a full pound bag goes straight in. Fellow also makes it in 0.4L and 0.7L, and the sizes stack as a set.

- 304 stainless steel body and a silicone seal ring

Cons
- Some owners report the vacuum fading well before a week, so expect to re-twist it
- Hand wash only
- Costs more than a plain airtight jar
- Lid mechanism adds height — check shelf clearance
