Why we love it
It puts the Precision Brewer's controls into a machine that's easier to live with every morning. Custom Brew saves one profile — bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature and flow rate — so what you dialled in yesterday is what you get today without touching a menu. The 60 oz tank lifts off to fill at the sink, which the Precision Brewer's fixed reservoir can't, and it carries a Claro Swiss filter. Breville rates the dual-wall carafe at above 150°F for up to four hours. For a household brewing a full pot every day it's the one to buy.
